Overview

TaqwaHub ("we", "the app") provides the Quran, Hadith, Duas, lectures, books, Q&A and prayer times. This policy explains what information the app uses and how you can control it. TaqwaHub is powered by HostPika.

Information we collect

Account information: if you create an account, we store your email address, name and profile photo (when you sign in with Google), and a unique account ID from Firebase Authentication.

Location: with your permission the app reads your device location only to calculate prayer times and the Qibla direction. Coordinates are sent to our server to fetch the times and are not stored or linked to your account. If you deny permission, the app uses Dhaka as a default.

Preferences: your chosen language, theme and similar settings are stored on your device.

Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) may be kept for security and abuse prevention.

How we use information

We use the information to run your account, show accurate prayer times, keep the service secure and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.

Third-party services

Firebase Authentication (Google) for sign-in.

Aladhan API for prayer times and Qibla calculation.

YouTube for embedded lecture videos, which is subject to YouTube's own terms and privacy policy.

Cloud hosting providers that store our database and media files.

Data retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from More > Delete Account in the app, or through the web page listed in this app's store listing. Deletion removes your profile, bookmarks, prayer logs and reading progress.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without a parent's involvement.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and access to our systems is restricted. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

AI search questions

If you use AI search, the question you type is sent to an AI service provider we use (such as DeepSeek or OpenAI) so it can find matching Quran, Hadith and dua content. We also save the question text anonymously — without your account, email, IP address or device information, and after removing phone numbers, email addresses and links — so we can improve search and train our own models. Please do not type personal information into the search box. To have a question deleted, email taqwahub@hostpika.com.

TaqwaHub ("আমরা", "অ্যাপ") কুরআন, হাদিস, দুআ, বয়ান, বই, মাসায়েল ও নামাজের সময় সেবা দেয়। এই নীতিতে বলা হয়েছে অ্যাপ কী তথ্য ব্যবহার করে এবং আপনি তা কীভাবে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করবেন। TaqwaHub, HostPika দ্বারা পরিচালিত।

আমরা যে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি

অ্যাকাউন্ট তথ্য: অ্যাকাউন্ট খুললে আপনার ইমেইল, নাম ও প্রোফাইল ছবি (Google দিয়ে সাইন ইন করলে) এবং Firebase Authentication-এর একটি ইউনিক আইডি সংরক্ষিত হয়।

লোকেশন: আপনার অনুমতি নিয়ে অ্যাপ শুধু নামাজের সময় ও কিবলার দিক হিসাব করতে ডিভাইসের লোকেশন পড়ে। সময় আনার জন্য কোঅর্ডিনেট আমাদের সার্ভারে যায়, কিন্তু তা সংরক্ষণ করা হয় না বা আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের সাথে যুক্ত করা হয় না। অনুমতি না দিলে ডিফল্ট হিসেবে ঢাকা ব্যবহার হয়।

পছন্দ: আপনার বাছাই করা ভাষা, থিম ইত্যাদি আপনার ডিভাইসেই থাকে।

প্রযুক্তিগত তথ্য: নিরাপত্তা ও অপব্যবহার রোধে সাধারণ সার্ভার লগ (যেমন আইপি ঠিকানা ও অনুরোধের সময়) রাখা হতে পারে।

তথ্য কীভাবে ব্যবহার করি

অ্যাকাউন্ট চালাতে, সঠিক নামাজের সময় দেখাতে, সেবা নিরাপদ রাখতে ও অ্যাপ উন্নত করতে। আমরা আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য বিক্রি করি না এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের বিজ্ঞাপন দেখাই না।

তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা

সাইন ইনের জন্য Firebase Authentication (Google)।

নামাজের সময় ও কিবলার হিসাবের জন্য Aladhan API।

বয়ানের এমবেডেড ভিডিওর জন্য YouTube; এটি YouTube-এর নিজস্ব শর্ত ও গোপনীয়তা নীতির অধীন।

আমাদের ডেটাবেস ও মিডিয়া ফাইল রাখার ক্লাউড হোস্টিং প্রদানকারী।

তথ্য সংরক্ষণ ও মুছে ফেলা

অ্যাকাউন্ট সক্রিয় থাকা পর্যন্ত আমরা তথ্য রাখি। আপনি যেকোনো সময় অ্যাপের আরও > অ্যাকাউন্ট ডিলিট থেকে, অথবা স্টোর লিস্টিংয়ে দেওয়া ওয়েব পেজ থেকে অ্যাকাউন্ট ও সংশ্লিষ্ট তথ্য স্থায়ীভাবে মুছতে পারেন। মুছলে আপনার প্রোফাইল, বুকমার্ক, নামাজের লগ ও পড়ার অগ্রগতি সরে যায়।

শিশু

অ্যাপটি সব বয়সের জন্য উপযোগী; অভিভাবকের সম্পৃক্ততা ছাড়া ১৩ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশুর ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য আমরা জেনেশুনে সংগ্রহ করি না।

নিরাপত্তা

তথ্য এনক্রিপ্টেড সংযোগে পাঠানো হয় এবং আমাদের সিস্টেমে প্রবেশাধিকার সীমিত। কোনো পদ্ধতিই শতভাগ নিরাপদ নয়, তবে আমরা আপনার তথ্য রক্ষায় সচেষ্ট।

AI সার্চের প্রশ্ন

আপনি AI সার্চ ব্যবহার করলে আপনার লেখা প্রশ্নটি কুরআন, হাদিস ও দুআ খুঁজে দিতে আমাদের ব্যবহৃত AI সেবাদাতার (যেমন DeepSeek বা OpenAI) কাছে পাঠানো হয়। আমরা প্রশ্নের লেখাটি বেনামেও সংরক্ষণ করি — আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট, ইমেইল, IP ঠিকানা বা ডিভাইসের তথ্য ছাড়া, এবং ফোন নম্বর, ইমেইল ও লিংক মুছে ফেলার পর — যাতে সার্চ উন্নত করতে ও নিজস্ব মডেল তৈরি করতে পারি। সার্চ বক্সে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য লিখবেন না। কোনো প্রশ্ন মুছে ফেলতে চাইলে taqwahub@hostpika.com-এ ইমেইল করুন।
